little snowy owl

We're keeping our gift giving pretty simple and minimal for the little one this year. A couple of books (this and this) and an owl ornament. I have a feeling that between grandparents and aunts and uncles his christmas haul will be more than enough.

I found the owl at prize, a favorite ashland shop. I think we'll do a new ornament every year. The start of one of our first traditions as a family.

These three photos were all taken within a few days of each other and I like how they look together - a tale of a little snowy owl. Below is one more photo that was too cute not to include.
