I certainly haven't figured out how/when/if I'll get back to my own tea towel making yet but aren't these ones by studio patro lovely?

I spent some time looking at all of the goodies at winter water factory. It left me daydreaming about my own little printing business. I'm still not sure when I'll get back to printing but seeing that bottom image makes me miss it. In the meantime I'm trying to use my time on maternity leave to sort out my thoughts on the business I started - to strategise, reaccess, question, research and daydream.
Wow, is this little guy keeping me busy! He's been a total champ during the night from pretty early on. We are so very thankful for that. But he's kind of a taskmaster during the day - every nap and smile have been hard earned over the last two weeks.
He has an amazing ability to know if I'm not near - even while asleep - so all naps are happening in the ergo, on the bed with me right there or in the car seat while driving. I'm figuring out how to do more and more things with a baby attached to me but my repertoire is still pretty limited. Of course it's amazing how quickly all the small gripes disappear with a little smile, tongue click or giggle. The ultimate secret weapon.
Getting back to printing and sewing feels like it will be light years away. All in good time. I'm not in any hurry. At least I've got a new pillow model lined up when I need one.
Lynn just posted about the prizes for liam's giveaway.
My jaw dropped as I scrolled through the list. It was nearly impossible
to decide which images to post but here are a few favorites (plus my contribution). In reality I
should have just posted the whole lot - all of the prizes look so good!
Go donate so you have a chance to win.

Hi friends! Sorry it's been so quiet in this space recently. Pregnancy has left me feeling very distracted and unfocused. So things like blogging, emailing or calling people back hasn't been happening as much as it should. Only two and a half weeks until my due date. It's wild to think that the little guy could really decide to show up at any time now. In case he arrives early I wanted to make sure that I get this exciting bit of info posted.
Lynn from Satsuma Press is accepting donations and hosting an amazing series of giveaways from a really talented bunch of people for a really great cause. You can find out all of the details and donate here. One winner will take home one of my table runners. Seriously, take a look at the list of artisans - it's incredible!
I will be closing up shop soon and taking my maternity leave. I think I"ll shut things down by this weekend. In the meantime check out what's left in the shop while you can. Everything is 25%-50% off.
Hi friends. In preparation for a busy spring with a new baby I've decided to put everything in the shop on sale. Right now all prices reflect a 25% discount. I've gone through my inventory and listed everything that I have - so once an item is sold out it's gone. And I'll be closing the shop soon to take a few months off to take care of the little one.
There is a good selection of hand printed linens. I've also added a few yarn dyed linen tea towels and a few sets of napkin seconds that are 50% off. Take a peek!
