I was browsing in the sewing section of Powell's yesterday and pulled this gem off the shelf.  Make your own kaftans, sorceror's tops and ponchos. I love it.

Amazing. My mom had that book when I was a kid and I got my own copy on ebay a few years ago.

I love how the authors are always saying what a waste of time bras are, just like my mom did. And I love how they refer to their husbands as their old men, so cute.
