I loved this photo from the current issue of whole living magazine. I spent a good chunk of time oogling the details (which you probably can't see in this poor quality scan). I guess I'm the type of person that gets excited about rustic table settings.

Doesn't this crib bedding from Plover look lovely? I like that the patterns aren't overtly baby-ish.

good morning sunshine

The sun was out when I woke up today for the first time in what seems like a long time. This kitchen, with it's pops of yellow, has that same greeted-by-the-sun feeling.

We have a couple stools like these in our kitchen that we were going to paint but then decided to leave as natural wood. I may be leaning towards painting them again after seeing this photo.

I kind of freaked out when I started looking at the clothes on the Two website (found via here). Nevermind that I completely have a jeans + tshirt lifestyle, I want all of these...especially the last one.

yellow + blue

Today I looked around and noticed that I've surrounded myself with these particular shades of yellow and blue. From my outfit to the new pillow combo on the bed to the open tabs on my computer.
